Antique Georgian Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers

A beautiful and fine quality small Regency / Georgian mahogany bow front chest of drawers.

Super smart piece with lovely detailing, including very fine dovetails, crossbanding to the drawer fronts and cockbeading.

All drawers - two short over two long - run smoothly and are oak lined which, together with the bow design, are the marks of superior quality and craftsmanship.

Later oval brass pull handles with Greek key motif and lion heads. Sitting on bracket feet with minor repairs to back right and veneer to front left. Stands firm and solid; very clean interior.

This chest displays well with a wonderful colour and patination. Its compact dimensions make it a versatile and handsome addition to any home. Dated late 18th/ early 19th century.
