Edwardian Mahogany Two-Seater Salon Sofa or Settee

£0.00Price
  • Beautiful, compact and functional. This lovely decorative two-seater salon chair would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room, bedroom, dining room or hall.  Whilst having a delicate frame, this fabulous chair is solid and as such is fit for purpose rather than being purely decorative.

The chair has a super shape with lovely detailing - including the wavy shaped back rest and arms, the simple fretwork and the cabriole legs.

Solid of joint; this chair has been professionally reupholstered with new webbing, padding and Fermoie fabric in Cove-010 (blue).

Overall the mahogany frame is in a good antique condition - there are signs of wear commensurate with age particularly to the leading edge at the front. We have simply cleaned and waxed the frame to maintain the original patina as the historic wear simply adds to the character and charm of this lovely antique chair.

Delivered ready to place in the home.
