Georgian Single Drawer Mahogany Side Table

Gorgeous patina and colour to this charming country house side table.  Lovely handpainted ebonised detailing to the drawer and front legs.

Craftsmanship of the period displayed through the bow front design, shaped table top and dovetail joints. Retains its original hand-turned knobs.  Solid of joint - stands firm.  Wear is commensurate with age and use - there are a couple of historic repairs to the veneer above the drawer, however these have been neatly done and look to be in good order (please see images).  Drawer is clean and runs smoothly.

Overall a super antique piece which would suit many locations around the home - side table, lamp table, occasional desk.
