Composed of dynamic scrolls and stylised foliage, this candelabra is designed in an elegant Rococo style after the decorative arts of the Louis XV period.
The candelabra stands on a cartouche-shaped base which is decorated with stylised leaves and set on scrolled feet. The stems of the candelabra are composed of entwined stylised acanthus leaves. Two foliate scrolled arms support leaf design drip-pans and capitals with sconces.
This piece is in a good used antique condition. Will catch the eye wherever it is placed in the home.
