Pair of Victorian Bobbin Turned Chairs

This lovely pair of occasional side chairs both have signs of the original ebonised finish, which has burnished to a beautiful mellow colour from years of use.  The rush seating is still in good order and retains some of the original paint finish. 

There is a historic repair to the top rail on one chair, but both are strong and stable and this does not affect use nor appeal.

These would make ideal side chairs or tables in the bedroom, hall or kitchen.
