A charming English Victorian mahogany chest of drawers dating from the mid-19th century, offered in good antique condition and of particularly useful compact proportions.
Constructed in well-figured mahogany, the chest is arranged with two short drawers over two full-width drawers and retains its original turned mahogany knob handles throughout. The warm mellow colour and attractive grain give the piece plenty of character, and with dimensions of 62cm wide × 45cm deep × 68cm high, it's an ideal bedside chest, lamp table or hall chest.
