A rather lovely, elegant Regency mahogany drop leaf work / lamp / side table in a wonderful antique condition given its 200+ years. Dated c. 1815.
Regency Mahogany Pembroke Table c. 1815
This table is over 200 years old, yet still looks amazing and is in a wonderful antique condition and very sturdy. With two useful drawers which still contain the original blue sugar paper lining - incredible!
Having a drop-leaf top, over two ebony edged drawers, with matching dummy drawers to the opposing side. Each having brass axe drop handles and brass escutcheons. Supported by elegant ring turned legs.
As you would expect, wear is commensurate with age and use. There is a small loss to the left drop leaf at the rear - please see the pictures. It is barely noticeable and the price reflects this imperfection. It is still imperfectly perfect in our eyes.
