Still Life Original Modern Swedish Painting by Eric Cederberg

Superb original vintage still life painting by listed Swedish artist Eric Cederberg (1897-1984).

Cederberg has applied tempera on board, depicting his well loved use of pears in an interior setting, including a red prayer book. Signed E. Cederberg to the upper right, and again signed verso entitled 'Den Roden Psalmboken' - The Red Psalmbook, dated '76.

In excellent original condition and presented in the original gilt and painted decorative wooden frame, glazed.

This painting is in excellent original condition and is presented in the original frame and original glazing. The reverse of the glass could do with a clean, however, as the reverse of the frame has been sealed and signed by the artist, we have chosen to leave this intact for the new owner of this painting to decide.
