Victorian Mahogany Folding Coaching or Campaign Table
Fabulous condition antique mahogany finished folding coaching or campaign table. Beautiful patina to the wood and a lovely warm colour.
Simple but elegant design, having a canted rectangular top set upon plain outswept legs, united by two turned stretchers. A really nice feature is that when folded down, the table stands on its own rather than having to be propped away.
Antique condition is commensurate with age and use so expect some surface wear. There is also a small nick out of one of the feet (please see photo); but this doesn't affect appeal or use. The table is solid of joint and very much fit for purpose rather than simply being decorative.
A really gorgeous compact table; which could be used in many locations around the home. Delivered lightly waxed, polished and ready to place.
