  • A neatly proportioned William IV period mahogany kneehole writing desk.

    Featuring a rectangular top with crossbanded fore-edges, gilt tooled releathered writing surface over an arrangement of 3 mahogany lined drawers, standing on 4 turned legs.

    This antique desk has all the typical William IV features such as the back gallery and the arched brackets to the kneehole recess. The drawers have fine dovetails and the original turned knobs; each drawer has an arrangement of sections within.

    Circa 1830 this writing table is in great antique condition. Being compact in size it makes for a useful and decorative WFH desk.
