Antique Victorian Button Back Armchair
The elegant curves of this classic Victorian armchair are formed over a walnut frame, with carved detail to the show wood on the arms and legs.
Traditionally upholstered, open arm, with button upholstered spoon shaped back and spiral carved walnut supports. The front legs are turned, with all four legs set on castors.
The sage green velvet upholstery is in excellent condition.
Wear is commensurate with age and use. This beautiful chair is solid of joint and in an excellent condition - it has obviously been very well looked after.
The chair is sprung and very comfortable; the frame is solid.
A high quality antique armchair which would be a wonderful addition to any home.
