Inspired by 19th century Japanese Meiji period originals, this decorative brass statue is in a wonderful condition. The combination of Crane and Turtle is called "Tsuru-Kame" and is a symbol of luck and a long, healthy life in Japanese culture.  Date unknown - est. 1900-1950.
